Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay your plan, and Stripe's standard card fee on deposits. Payouts go directly to your bank account.
What happens if a client doesn't show up?
If you take deposits, you keep the deposit according to your cancellation window. You can also mark the visit as a no-show so you know next time.
Can clients book without paying online?
Yes. Deposits are optional, per service. Without a deposit, clients confirm their booking by email so you only get real appointments.
My country isn't supported by Stripe. Can I still use BeautiDock?
Yes. You get the website, online booking, calendar and reminders. Clients pay at the salon.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can post on Instagram, you can set up BeautiDock.
Can I cancel anytime?
