1. The service
BeautiDock provides salons and beauty professionals ("Businesses") with booking software, a hosted booking website and tools to collect payments from their clients through Stripe.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish on your booking site.
3. Payments to Businesses
Client payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly to the Business's Stripe account. The Business is the merchant of record and is responsible for its services, prices, refunds and cancellation policy.
4. Subscription
Plans are billed monthly in advance after the free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use BeautiDock for unlawful services, deceptive content, phishing, spam or to collect data you are not entitled to. We may suspend sites that put clients or the platform at risk.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
